Job Description:
Managing and driving sales team performance in order to achieve sales targets and to
effectively provide services for customers in new distribution channels and/or automotive
dealers in the assigned zone (Bangkok and surrounding areas).
Establishing and identifying potential clients who are able to self-authorize in using paint
products in order to drive company sales performance
Expanding and maintaining the number of clients who are dealers of auto parts as well as
introducing product ranges to them.
Providing business consultancy to prospective customers.
Enhancing sales team competency and productivity.
Monitoring team performance and handling team disciplinary issues.
Qualifications:
Male or female, at least 30 years of age.
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in the automotive dealer industry
and/or coatings business or related area.
Good negotiation and management skills.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Able to work independently and possess initiative
Good communication skills in English and computer proficient.
