Roles & Responsibilities:
•Handles all the end to end recruitment and facilitates the Recruitment and selection process in accordance to the established procedures & processes for the followings:
•Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various effective channels and tools to attract best fit candidates.
•Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure right attitude and personal values to the organization through assessment tools.
•Make appropriate recommendation to the Hiring Manager on candidate selection.
•Promotes awareness of PANDORA Employer's Branding in the job market.
•Establish and maintain good relationship with governmental institutions, outsourcing agencies for recruitment purpose.
•Weekly & Monthly recruitment report and to update employee information.
•Execute recruitment strategy as planned or new initiative to support job achievement
•Other assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Organization Development or related fields.
•Have experiences in manufacturing environment
•Minimum 3 years’ experiences in recruitment function.
•Experienced with assessment tools is preferred.
•Experienced with management hiring.
•Passionate, Energetic, Confident and Committed to deliver results.
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Good coordinate and team player.
•Possess "can do" attitude, Out of the box, Result & People oriented with service mind.
•Required good communication skills in Thai & English both of spoken & written.
•Flexible and multi-tasking, hard working in dealing with demands and priorities.
