3.5 RESEARCH LIMITATIONS
There were still some concerns about collecting information on PM tools and practices. The
primary concern was the accuracy of information that organizations provided. Ideally, the PM
level should be measured by visiting each participating organization and conducting an in-depth
interview with each organization’s project managers to determine current PM practices.
However, this was impossible because of limited time and resources. Instead, the (PM)2
Assessment Questionnaires were distributed to the organization’s project managers to
complete.
