All partitions shall be constructed of light gauge factory performed steel studs and gypsum board (thickness: 120-180mm). No masonry/brick tile or timber partitions or walls will be permitted.
Boundary walls and columns to office areas are finished in plaster and emulsion paint ready to receive Tenant’s finishes. Inter-tenancy partition walls will be installed by the Tenant. Glass in internal partitions may extend down to the floor elevation. Tempered glass is to be used where required. No glass is permitted in the demising walls. Glass partitions in common corridor must first be approved by the Landlord.
