People who do their homework are more likely to be respected by teachers, peers and families; not because you succeeded the task, but because you were able to set self-boundaries, you have self-control and you were also able to set your priority. People who don't do their homework aren't always considered lazy; but as teachers you would think as simple as this "You're still young, how can you be busy? How come you don't set priorities? What other things do you have to do?" Of cause students will tell you the truth but then they will get punish anyway no matter what they say. Is it fair for students who were actually really busy such as; funerals, family businesses, family issues, family routines, child issues neglected by parents and etc.
