from midnight tonight, we will no longer return shipping fees for any orders placed with Zalora TH.
The key reasoning behind this:
1. With customers increasingly purchasing items mixed across different catalogs, it's very difficult to explain to a customer the conditions under which shipping fees will be returned.
2. Some customers who return part of an order are also asking for "part of the shipping fee" to be refunded as well. This is causing some customers to be unnecessarily annoyed at Zalora.
3. It is also creating a lot of extra work in the Finance team as they need to check every order, one at a time, to see if a shipping fee should be refunded or not.
