This is probably a very basic question but maybe I'm just missing something. Customer placed an order a few days ago. When I went to pull the item (last one in stock) I realized it was defective. Not wanting to ship a defective item and without any other options (no one else carries it) I cancelled the order and emailed the explanation to the customer. Lo and behold, today I get a return of the exact item and have relisted it. I would like to email the customer I cancelled and let them know I have it if he would like to order. But since it's a cancelled order, I don't seem to have any way to contact him. I tried bringing up the email I sent him to see if I could reply all or forward, but there is no such option. There isn't even a compose option in Amazon email. Am I missing something or can I just not contact this guy?
