l meant to write this piece earlier, but i had to go to the supermarket and buy more fruit. By the time l got back, I still had not worked out. I did not wake up early this morning to get a headstart because it would have cut into my eight hours of dream time. Then, when I finally got to the computer today, bottle of water at my side, I got right up again to go to the bathroom. Staying healthy is practically a full-time job.
