• Sales are low worldwide. We must increase service revenue by:
- Direct calls to customers where we know they have issues or would benefit from Service
- Pushing the special rate offering for China
- Heavily promotion of Service Contracts
For each of the line items above, please make a weekly update what was done, who was contacted and send it to me each Friday
• Since in the cases there is only limited information and also we should not put in there any information that is not “mainstream”, please create after each service visit a small report. We could start with the information from the case and add more to it. This should not be long, but key items
