Notes:
1) All the data shall include the data of all employees (including leavers) who are entitled to the plan
benefit during 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2015
2) All the data shall be in English.
3) Reason of leaving shall be one of the followings
1 - Voluntary Resignation
2 - Termination due to misconduct (e.g. absence for more than 3 days)
3 - Termination without cause (e.g. involuntary termination)
4 - Death
5 - Disability
6 - Retirement
7 - Early Retirement
8 - Transfer
4) The LSP paid to employees should be in line with the requirements under the Labour Protection Act.
It shall not include other extra-over payments, e.g., payment in lieu of advance notice, etc.
