Every day. I tried very hard to reduce overeating and eating dying to no avail. Because it makes my health worse and make me fat. Perhaps a friend or some situation where I need to eat even though I did not need to eat because I did not know what to say or deny friend or circumstances. And I like to fool myself frequently. That "just this once" It makes me not achieved the goals I set. I think I should try one more time and not say "no" to things that are good for my body.
