The story of Park’s return to training with coach Roh Min-sang at the Olympic Swimming Pool in Seoul was repeated today by Yonyap. The agency states: “Under the anti-doping policy by FINA, the international swimming body, Park isn’t allowed to train at facilities operated by the government or the Korea Swimming Federation (KSF).”
That falls shy of the full extent of the rule, which forbids any contact with affiliated coaches and programs. Park is free to train at public pools on his own.
