My name is Wongsakorn Khantha. I’m from Chiangrai, Thailand. I was one like Iphone and product of Apple. Because Apple is a world-class brand. Apple was produce good quality and many years have released several versions of Iphone . I am the first one to want Iphone but the price of Iphone I not possible to buy. So I had to collect money in order to buy iPhone and on April 12,2015.
I bought Iphone6 16 GB (Gold color) I was delighted to have an iPhone itself. During the first use of the iPhone as well . But the problem is back at the top right of the screen, press and sound like screen did not close. But it is in the range of insurance. I sent my Iphone to applecare (smart bar central chiang rai) On 8 November 2015 After My Iphone, use it as normal until the last month of the year it’s back problems found exactly the same as the first time is pressing screens and a screen assembly, but this is not close to two angle and right angle on the lower right corner. Right angle on the press and noise all the time. The lower right corner press, then the voice sometimes. The problem I’m afraid will affect the machine could make machine; After the problem was I bring the plane to consult with employee at AppleCare (smart bar central Chiang Rai) I get iPhone to claim first. But the staff said the sound does not affect the use. Now it all depends if the claim insurance costs. After I get advice from the staff, I asked myself. The problems it has affected the use, but it can affect the mind. The new machine will pay a claim when the problem is not caused by the use by myself, I used it to well, keeping well. Because it is the first device iPhone I intend to save money to buy.
