I put my daily goals with my working activities like I arrived to the hotel half an hour before the working time starts. I do this for having enough time to change uniform. When I get to the hot kitchen the senior staff will assign me to do the first things that make scramble eggs, grilled tomatoes, pumpkin soup, boiled sausage, mashed potatoes, take care buffet line. After buffet breakfast finished I prepared all ingredients for next day and cleaned kitchen. Until at 15.0 o’clock in the evening. And then I finished my 9 hours of work I go back to my room to rest.
