•Responsible for sales growth for Fluid business.
•Drive new business development by working with South Pacific Fluid Leaders or peers in South Pacific region.
•Work with authorized distributors and direct accounts for orders and sales activities including competitor intelligence feedback.
•Work with end users to determine customer needs (CTQ) to propose the appropriate product and application fit.
•Work with Marketing team to provide the customers on site technical support.
•Work with Silicones Sales team for a cross-business synergy establishment to provide a solution package to customers.
•Continuously update respective market demand to meet customers target lead time delivery schedule with Regional Demand Supply Specialist.
