Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to support as purchasing activities from phase 0 and over lifetime
• Coordination of complex Program Purchasing activities over specific CBU’s to ensure excellent product launches
• Control program Purchasing activities specified in PLUS and decisions in line with customer demands and commodity strategies.
• Accomplish and deliver the signed SSOW and Award letter for both OEM customer directed and JCI controlled supplier to Program Manager based on sourcing tracking matrix
• Prepare, utilize and complete sourcing tracking matrix within Gate review exist timeline
• Conduct for Make / Buy Meeting Kick-off based on souring tracking matrix and then follow up till completed sourcing board decision approved refer Make/Buy procedure.
• Prepare RFQ package with clear and correct assumption referred with SSOW
• Review and check for the correctness of SSOW , RFQ , drawing and CAD quality before submit to direct & indirect buyer
• Monitor and ensure with direct & indirect buyer to accomplish the sourcing board approval based on sourcing tracking matrix in time.
• Attend SDT meeting and cascade the program information with effectiveness within timeline to direct & indirect buyer.
• Support SDT information generally as cost and timeline with effectiveness communication.
Expected Results
• Deliver all PU KPI requirement on time based on program gate review timing (PLUS program requirement).
• Ensure all documents need for supplier sourcing and ECR/ECO must be delivered on time with acceptable quality, target: based on program sourcing tracking matrix.
• Purchasing team attend SDT meeting on time 100% and cascade task to direct & indirect with effectiveness communication
Measurable outputs
• Launched Program with effectiveness and within Gate Exist Timeline
• Complete package for RFQ to cascade to direct & indirect buyer
• No audit concern for signed SSOW and LOI contract
• Conduct SDT as Purchasing department for success task requirement
Skill / Requirement
• Good command in English and communication to team
• Strategic thinking and drive for the results as condensed timeline
• Has basic product knowledge for seat or automotive system
Education preferred;
• Bachelor degree or Engineering field or relative.
Experience;
• Minimum 1 yr directly experience in purchasing or program management.
• Minimum 3 yrs directly experience in automotive parts
Special Considerations
• Experienced in automotive purchasing or program management

• Directly to – Asst. Purchasing Manager / Purchasing Manager
