• Job enlargement – the process of adding a greater variety of tasks to a job

• Job enrichment – adding more meaningful tasks and duties to make the work more rewarding and satisfying
• Employee empowerment – granting employees power,encouraging them to take charge of what they do
• Team work has already become a common structure in the workplace
• Via teamwork, employees are reducing organizations’ costs, creating better goods and services, and speeding up the delivery to marketplace
• Employee team – a group of individuals working together toward a common purpose
• Synergy occurs when the outcome of the team is greater than the sum of their individual effort
