Single-layered MoS2sheets were obtained using lithium inter-calation method [26]. Typically, MoS2powder (1 g) was immersedin n-butyllithium solution (1.6 M in hexane, 10 mL) in a nitrogenatmosphere. The solution was stirred at room temperature for72 h. The intercalated sample was washed with hexane (100 mL).The obtained semi-dry product was transferred to deionized water(300 mL) and subjected to sonication, yielding stable and single-layered MoS2aqueous dispersions.
