Honda philosophy, TQM trainings and other trainings for technical education are implemented under the view point of the following 2 kinds of training style, first is OJT and second is Off JT training. Additionally about off JT training, under the structure of ASH training chart, management sends the employees to seminars or trainings in case the management consider it necessary.
Or on the other hand, employees are entitled to apply for participation in training by submitting a specific application form. And the management are also supposed to give occassion to do so upon necessity. And this is adapted for managment by top executive in company and with their initiative by themselves. Each division make a budget planning for trianing of their own associate in order to level up associate skill.
