According to our standard practice towards Inbound Transit shipment FD-FD or FD-OAL at HKT is 4 hours after flight arrival.
Cargo must be ready for carriage all loading details must be submitted to FD control section as this is the normal practice
that BFS handle for FD since BKK Airport till DMK and this is our expectation towards BFS in regard to maintain your handling
standard level for FD, but in fact BFS services performance as a whole at the present is lower than what we expected.
We do feedback and communicate with you for irregularity that currently occurred everyday this is for your services improvement.
As our management worried about our business impact due to BFS mishandling, cargo missed connect due to no one breakdown
cargo from the cart, cargo offloaded whole flight due to none of BFS officer perform X-ray screening after midnight (Please check) etc.
All mentioned problems is effecting to the customers believes towards our services.
We are seeking for your prompt action and countermeasure for the below requested:
1. Please let us know your KPI of the standard handling for inbound transit shipment (current practice for FD is 4 hrs.)
2. It takes how long for re-X-ray all transit shipment, could BFS managed within 4 hrs. as FD requirement?
3. We received the report that BFS not perform X-ray screening after midnight is that true please explain?
4. How can BFS managed the manpower shortage problems? Can we send our staff to assist your loading
in the warehouse in case manpower shortage?
