Went to collect a package at the company mail room service, and unexpectedly I also got an envelope that has been sent to me since 2 weeks ago from a Maltese purser I flew to Malta with this month... Once I opened it, what I saw got me teary eyes... I told her I love collecting the fridge magnets from all over the world. But I forgot to buy one from Malta... I didn't expect that she would remember that. I didn't even think she could remember me! ... But she took her time writing me a meaningful letter, sent me a postcard, and also removed a magnet from her fridge and gave it to me... This really brightened and made my day. I'm so thankful to have met a lot of wonderful people in this company. This is the people I'll never forget....
For something to be valuable, it doesn't have to be extravagant; a lot of things with sentimental value are small. It doesn't even have to be an item, it can be a simple gesture that is given like a smile to a random stranger that can make someone's day.
