1. Being the project leader for True Social Leader Development Program (consisting of site visit of role model school, 2 nights 3 days activities, project plan development and presentation and etc.), which is one of the modules of Emerging Leadership Program. Key tasks may include:
• Developing the CSR group activity’s schedule/timeline/plan
• Arranging the logistics for all trips
• Travel upcountry to survey prospected schools, analyze the possibilities/limitation, develop reports and propose the options to supervisor
• Arrange the facility and resources needed in the area
• Make the appointment/coordinate with leaders participating the program
• Coordinate internally and externally with all parties related
• Survey/Analyze/Find out the key issues in the prospect areas
• Give recommendations/advices to participating leaders
2. Execute the jobs as the project leaders especially in terms of facilitating and supporting participants in True Social Development Activities (pre-program, during program and post program) to ensure that all projects are well planned and executed.
3. Initiate, develop and launch the communication of the leadership program to others involved
4. Build relationship/network with related parties to the development program such as instructor, school leaders, teachers and/or community leaders
5. Assist leadership team in terms of administration works and others as assigned
