This independent study were aimed at examining 1) factors affecting the working motivation of Hotel, Hua-hin District, prachuap khiri khan Province. And 2) suggestion for creating motivation. The study sampling subjects were permanent employees and part – time employees working in hotel totaling 400. A questionnaire was used as instrument for data collection. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The study results were as follow: Factors affecting the working motivation of Hotel employees, Hua-hin District, prachuap khiri khan Province. Motivation factor and treatment factor was rated the average scores at high level. Motivation factor were importance with the succession in working, kind of work, responsibility, accredit and progressing in working. Treatment factor were importance with payment and welfare, firmness, relation in working, position in working, policy, administration, privacy living.
