To some extent the Indian Education System is to be blamed for the low level of Creative Productivity Index. Too much stress is laid in the System on Memorising and too little on Creativity covering observation, discovery, innovation, invention, experimentation, exploration, theorizing, framing of policies and rules etc. At least two classes may be devoted every week in every course to promoting and fostering Creativity in students. Moreover, preferably at least one School dedicated to promotion of Creativity may be set up in each District with the students having natural flair in Creativity being selected and topics that are of special interest to the individual students being assigned to the students.
