Dear All,
Here are the important information you need to know:
Departure card (TM.6)
REMINDER: Please complete the departure card every time you return to Thailand. Taking a photo of your completed departure card and emailing to it to Visa Office can be extremely useful if it is ever lost and can also be used for the online 90 days notification.
Single re-entry
REMINDER: For those of you who opted for a single re-entry permit and it has been used already, you will need to get a new one - please contact the school visa office. We will help you fill out all the necessary paperwork for the subsequent single re-entry permit. This paperwork can be submitted to the re-entry permit counter at the airport BEFORE you leave the country. If you do not get the re-entry permit before leaving, your visa will be automatically cancelled and will cause you a problem with immigration department and some extra expense to correct. Please speak to us if in doubt.
Many thanks and please let us know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Preedawan (Dao) Bathtong , Visa Officer
