You must have a minimum 4-5 years working experience in retail business to understand the concept of work roster and its utilization. Otherwise, you are the experienced HRIS administrator who handles the work roster or time attendance of staff in a medium-sized organization. Hence, an experience and knowledge in Time Scheduling tool will be highly preferred.
You are a numerical savvy as well as a keen Excel user (Pivot table proficiency is mandatory). You have a pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact with other co-workers. You feel comfortable to communicate in English as well.
