FINDINGS:
In the medial compartment, there is grade II intrasubstance tear at the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. There is focal low grade chondrosis at periphery weight-baring medial femoral condyle and medial tibial plateau. Osteophytic formation is present.
The lateral compartment, there is macerated torn lateral meniscus at the anterior horn and body. There is diffuse low grade chondrosis at periphery weight-baring lateral femoral condyle and lateral tibial plateau. Osteophytic formation is present.
The patellofemoral joint, there is diffuse high grade chondrosis with unstable cartilaginous at lateral patellar facet. Diffuse low grade chondrosis is present at medial patellar facet. Diffuse high grade chondrosis is present at medial and lateral trochleas. Osteophytic formation is present.
The cruciate and collateral ligament complexes are intact. The extensor mechanism is normal.
Minimal amount of right knee effusion with a 1.35* 2.5* 6 cm baker’s cyst is present. The
