The results show that ‘the vehicle should be safe’ seems to bemost critical, as more than 90% of the respondents stated ‘agree’and ‘strongly agree’ about this aspect of the technology. This percentage is consistent across different supporters of eco-friendly fuelvehicles. The expectations of ‘easy to drive’ and ‘comfortable todrive’ have shown similar results: more than 80% of the respondents in each group suggested ‘agree’ and ‘strongly agree’ to thestatements. Meanwhile, the expectation that the technology shouldbe in-front/advanced seems not to be critical for the respondents. The survey found that only about 52%e56% of the respondents ineach supporter group responded with ‘agree’ and ‘strongly agree’ tothese two statements. The percentages of this expectation statement are the lowest ones compared to other statements ofexpectation.
