Key Roles & Responsibility:
• Support day to day operation and master data maintenance to ensure no business interruption.
• Analyze incident/problems, identifying problematic areas and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with team in order to ensure that solutions are deployed properly and meet all the necessary requirements.
• Monitor system performance and execute maintenance as planned.
• Implement Change Request and small projects within budget and timeline.
• Ensure IT compliance with corporate governance and best practices.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Information System or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experiences in software application or database.
• Work experiences in FMCG or food/beverage back ground will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong teamwork spirit
• Customer oriented, logical thinking, self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure
• Good analytical skills
• Good relationship building and team work
• Good communication (Thai & English)
• Computer literature in MS office
