Job Descriptions:
- Administer Social Security registration and medical insurance as staff benefits
- Support team in completing forms for visa and work permit application
- Prepare relevant documents for visa and work permit renewal
- manage record for medical and social security claim
- Monitor 90 days report due and prepare form
- Prepare employment contracts, calculate OT, leaves records (if any), etc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 1 year experiences or above in visa and work permit or HR environment.
- Details-oriented, close attention to detail and deadline
- Good English communication skill : Listening ,Speaking ,Reading
- Computer skill: Microsoft Office
- Well-organized, multitasking, and able to complete the works in within the timeline.
