I completely agree. I started 6 months ago eating real food. Whole fats and dairy, organic eggs and meats and dairy. No white flour, and i make everything. It takes more time and planning to use fresh ingredients to make marinades and dressing and snacks and desserts, but my body has THANKED me for it! I dropped 35 lbs, sleep better, have better memory and less brain fog. I feel 10 years younger and have a ton of energy. I suffer from inflamation and if i happen to decide to have a donut or large meal out i notice the next day how sore i am. There is my proof! I think Americans are all suffering from eating overly processed foods!
