EcoTrack is now part of the IT budget and bill-back process, as opposed to an Engineering Operations expenses. The will be cost reduction from $925 per hotel with our previous vendor and coming down to about $360 per hotel in 2015 (which includes the initial set-up and configuration of the new platform as well as the first year license fees). And the ongoing license fees are expected to be about $140 per hotel per year in years 2016 and 2017. We will have an Enterprise License with Credit 360, so all our hotels globally will be included - full service, select service, managed and franchised. This represents a significant cost savings as compared to the $925, where we are currently paying to eComponents. Hotels will no longer receive an invoice directly from the vendor for EcoTrack. The vendor will invoice Global IT in our corporate office on an annual basis, and the expense will be billed back to each hotel as part of the overall IT bill.
