MAPPL shall provide Marketing Support of US$90,000 to Merchant for the promotion/usage campaign of the P2P inter-operability service via mobile wallet (MasterCard Prepaid card) (the “P2P Promotion”) to coincide with the launch of the new feature, the P2P inter-operability service, provided that the P2P Promotion runs before 31 December 2015, and payable upon provision to MAPPL of all relevant documentation reasonably required by MAPPL, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to MAPPL, including without limitation published marketing materials and communications and/or any other activities related to the P2P Promotion.
