Every once in a while, we truncate the database logs for security purposes and save everything physically.
However when we do this, it means all transaction ID are wiped out of the database - meaning your code/id won't be able to be identified.
So if you run into this error magically, do send me a PM here with the following details:
Amount
Transaction ID/VIP Code
Username
E-mail (optional)
Specifying email does help me efficiently track the ID, but it is optional.
If you do not get your VIP vehicles assets, do PM me. I'll make sure the next Head Admin handles you as soon as possible.
