The objectives of this research were to study and compare teachers’ satisfaction to the
administrative of small size school administrators in Chonburi Province classified by the
experiences in their positions and their education levels. The population were 338 teachers in
Chonburi Province. The instruments used for this study were 5 rating scales questionnaires
concerning the administrative of small size school administrators. The data analyzed by using
mean, standard Deviation and (t-test)
