We sent recently an announcement to all our partners regarding order submission process.
To date we continue to receive email orders from you through our customer service team, sales managers, other e-mail addresses.
We completely understand that you want to make sure your order is received by your assigned customer service team member for immediate processing, however when your assigned CS is out or on vacation, your order could potentially stay in their email queues which could cause a delay in processing your orders and Proforma’s.
Sending your orders to the international email box will ensure that someone will always have visibility of all orders received in the system.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could make an effort and send or copy ALL YOUR PURCHASE ORDERS request to the info@univet.it email box.
