Dear Chutarmas,
I hope that you are doing well.
Here is the current situation:
CryoBanks India is using the Sepax 1 with the kit CS-570.4mb at effectively a lower price due to their very high volumes.
The technical solution in place is actually probably not relevant to Thailand because of the difference in volume.
For example the kit CS-570.4m has a modular delivery option that we usually only recommend to users with a minimum consumption of 3000 disposables per year.
The minimum quantity per order is also 560 units, which sounds quite big for them to start with.
CryoViva Singapore just started using our technology as well. Because of the different technical setup, their case is much closer to the situation in Thailand.
They invested in the Sepax 2 and are using the kit CS-570.4 (without the modular delivery option), kit which is much better suited to their current needs, but of course the price is higher as well due to the lower volumes.
We do charge them CHF 102 (excluding local VAT) through our distributor in Singapore. Our distributor price is CHF 81. We would be willing to apply the same conditions in Thailand under the condition to have a supply agreement in place with minimum quantities for a length of 3 years.
In Singapore I am in direct discussion with Mr. Ashish Munjal, he is probably the person in charge of the decision in Thailand as well. Let me know what is the next step for this project.
Important point to clear is:
1. Direct the customer on the appropriate kit solution
2. Venus need to approve the transfer price to Biosafe and Customer
I am looking forward to receive your reply.
Best regards,
Thomas
