two days ago we have received from your side the forms concerning the two CPF Letters of Credit.
Of course we were thinking that , as we had asked for time ago, you had transmitted them to us in order to check the details and to let you (and the customer) know what was OK and what not.
We have immediately taken care about this matter and we have been in contact with our bank, with the transport company and with the insurance company (this one because the Insurance Coverages look not the same that we usually have and that we have charged).
In every case we were waiting for some replies and confirmations from the above parties.
Our reply was already 90% ready and we were looking just for the last news.
This morning we have received through our Bank the Letter of Credit for the spirals !!!!!
This means that as soon as we will send you (and to the customer) our email, the customer will have to make an huge number of amendments to the Letter of Credit and this will cost HIM money (of course we will not pay anything) and will cause a big confusion.
If the customer’s bank has not issued the other letter of credit, please STOP them, waiting for our email.
