I recently booked in to stay in your facility in koah san road. When i arrived they could not find my booking. When they did it said i was a no show, as i had previously booked 4th to 7th. On the 12th of November i changed the booked to 5th to 7th. On the check in sheet i seen that booking.com had modified and notified you of my changes. Staff on reception still charged me for 1 night although it was confirmed by yourselves and booking.com i would not be here on this date. I have refused to sign receipt and will expect a full refund for that night. I am very disappointed in service from the staff.
