Hello, I would like to book sufficient rooms for a business conference and your conference center for 20 of my staff and 100 delegates who will be attending the conference. The date of the conference is the 8th of October 2014. The delegates attending the conference will be responsible for the cost of their own room. My company will pay for 20 rooms, conference center and all snacks and drinks during the day of the conference for the delegates, delegates will be responsible for their own evening meals. Would it be possible for the hotel to organize audio/visual equipment in the conference room? I look forward to your reply giving a cost breakdown for the conference.
