Job Description
Handle customer enquiries on phone.
Reservation and ticket issuing.
Provision of incoming calls on service, enquiries and handling of problems/ complaints etc.,
Qualifications
Male or Female.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Good service-minded, good personality.
Able to work under pressure.
Good communication skills, especially on telephone.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is require.
Able to work in shift.
