Liaison with internal and external contacts and clients
• Review and analyse existing administration systems and develop new initiatives.
• Control flow of information internally and externally
• Set up and maintain filing systems
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
• Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
• Implement and maintain office systems
• Maintain schedules and calendars
• Regularly collate information and maintain databases
• Assist with the production of quarterly research reports.
• Responsible for taking minutes and preparing agendas before all internal meetings and with project meetings as required
