Silica is produced by burning (oxidation) molten two mixing liquid in sequence as following reaction. There are two and four reactors for Plant No.1 and No. 2, respectively. Reportedly, the oxidation reaction is running at temperature 90 °C with automatic control/ interlocking in case of temperature exceeds the limit. Then, silica (semi liquid) is passed filter press process and sends to dryer process (heated by air heater) for make the uniform of silica as particle. Natural gas is used as fuel for air heater. The temperature of air heater at dryer process is approximately 600-700 °C.
