Here, the maximum stress applied was 152 MPa, and the applied load was 2.49 ton.
Figure 3 (c) shows a 2/3 distance area, where the friction between the material and the dye was the largest, and the maximum
load occurred.
The stress applied to the material was 151 MPa, and thus showed no significant difference, but the maximum load was 4.21 ton, which was nearly 1.5 times that in the (b) stroke.
In Figure 3 (d), neither a stress nor a load was applied to the product because this was the end of the work in the first process.
This was so because there was no friction between the material and the dye, and the stroke of the punch was at the lowest position.
