Dr. Kent stated that cover letter should complement, not duplicate the resume. If possible to get a specific person’s name and position to write the letter to it is much better. But, lacking that, this letter is well done overall. Skills and achievement should be highlighted so that they made good reasons for prospective employers to arrange interviews with applicants. For example, promotion in job should be stated in the letter to eye of employers. The cover letter did not really tell who applicant was and it was basically summarizing the resume.
