Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Business Administration or any related field.
8 - 10 years in a senior professional or middle management role with experience from within a manufacturing industrial environment.
Must have experience working in a multinational company, be a strong and outgoing character.
Strong in communication and negotiation skill. Good experiences in Human resources.
Possess good HRM knowledge, planning & organising, communication and foreseeing competency skills.
Experience working in an HR function in an industrial environment is a plus.
Very good problem solving skills.
Very good knowledge of Tax, BOI and general affairs and all other Government related concerns.
Good command of English literacy and computer skills.
