The studied a problems affect listening comprehension in English of senior. The objective is to study was compare the problems that affect listening comprehension in English between senior students by GPA high and low in the TOEIC test and study the internal and external factors that affected of English majors Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus totality 20 people The instrument used for this research was questionnaire was divided into three parts. The first part was about personal information including GPA results and TOEIC. The next part included two sections which were internal factors questions and the external factors. And the last part was other suggestions beside the questionnaire and the results of this research. Researcher studied of literature and research about listening comprehension in the meaning of the story. The problems of listening and the theory related to listening. Analyzed data and checked the accuracy of data processing and presentation of advisor to determine details and accuracy of Research. In order to present to the reader presented by tables and presentations by average (x-bar, sd) demonstrated the problems, the overall listening comprehension.
