First experiment of ORD’s processes analysis using specific IT hardware devices (PDAs)
is carried out
2007 First data analysis shows problems related to the first experiment: critical information are
missing and absence of data or poor quality data because of PDAs misuse
2008 After discussion within the project team and tutorial sessions to individuals involved into
the ORD’s processes, a new and continuously improved processes analysis system is
implemented
2009 The ORD’s processes analysis system becomes institutionalized
September 2010 Upgrade of ORD’s processes analysis system
June 2011 Further upgrade of ORD’s processes analysis system, with more sophisticated, relevant
and current KPIs
