Samples were analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence
(EDXRF) using Rigaku spectrometer NEX CG with polarized optics in
EDXRF lab, Nuclear Materials Authority, Cairo, Egypt. EDXRF has a
50 W X-ray tube with Pd target and polarized optics with up to five secondary
targets. The NEX CG includes Rigaku profile fitting-spectra quant
X (RPF-SQX) software for the standardless analysis based on a fundamental
parameter method combined with full-profile fitting method.
Calibration methods were built using the RPF-SQX fundamental parameters
