ISchedule 2 – Services 
Repair services provided after the end of the contractual warranty against any manufacturing defect of the Equipment provided upon purchase of new Equipment
1. Definitions
“Incident” means an unplanned interruption to an Equipment installed at a Location;
“Repair Period” means 9.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday excluding public and national holidays in Thailand
“No Fault Found” or “NFF” signifies an Equipment that has been received by INGENICO and found to have no hardware related fault. If the Equipment is found to be non-functional due to 3rd party software faults, than this would be deemed a No Fault Found 
“Service Levels” means the service levels applicable to the Services as described in the section entitled “Service Levels”
